Management Staff
Randy Johnson, CEO: Has been in the wastewater and water field for thirty years and was a plumbing contractor prior to that. He is certified with the State of California as a Grade V Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator (#8873), Grade 3 in Water Treatment (20929) and a Grade 2 in Water Distribution (#39677). In addition, he has Cross Connection Control (CCC) experience and is certified with the American Waterworks Association in both CCC and Backflow testing. His experience in wastewater treatment encompasses facilities from under 100,000 gallons per day to over 20 Million gallons per day. Over the past 30 years he has managed water and wastewater facilities for municipalities and districts as both an employee and for contract operators. He has experience working with elected officials and District/City staff.
James Bell, Operations Supervisor: James has been working in the water and wastewater industry for 25 years. He is a certified Grade 4 California Water Distribution Operator, Grade 2 California Water Treatment Operator, Grade 1 California Wastewater Treatment Operator, and a certified AWWA Backflow Tester. James prides himself on quality workmanship.
